We are taking this feedback quite you're exactly right. I know it's kind of frustrating to keep saying the same thing for months. But honestly, we've been pushing very hard this month to get quarantine in a beta phase for you all to test and give feedback on-I just don't have any solid dates yet. With all the Sophos tech at our disposal, quarantine has been lost when enhancing the product. We have been taking quarantine much more serious this past month, using Wilders as one of our strong arguments for it. What I don't want you to believe, is that I'm on here to give fluffy, marketing phrases in order to 'mask' over the lack of quarantine, to convince you that the product doesn't need it, and just like us regardless. That's why I've been involved with Wilders, to get your feedback and engage with you all. We do want the technical community to fall in love with Sophos Home because your approval and word-of-mouth support is worth more than all the dollars we could throw at marketing programs and the like. I feel the service will improve, but as of now () it is just a joke.Click to expand. If you are considering this service DO NOT proceed until more time has passed.

This has been a constant headache since then, and has not worked an entire week without errors. Essentially any administration task is not going to work. WIth this type of error policies will not update, tamper protection won't disable, you cannot add new devices to central. Currently since I believe early July their NA cluster held with amazon is returning 504 errors to client endpoints. You cannot trust the Central administration portal to have accurate up to date information, or to push policies/disable features within an hour. The reports and logs held within Central don't tell you much of anything except, "something" happened on "computer". You can set who gets what type of e-mail and that's about it. Simple things like configuring e-mail reporting aren't included.

It is extremely unresponsive, and its features are lackluster. The problem here is with the Central administration portal.

The actual endpoint protection works similar to other Sophos AV solutions, very well.
